VERTICAL CHANNELING WITH INTERCHANGEABLE WAVES PTA

This equipment is manufactured with the standard channeling machine base and, as standard, comes with the A wave. The innovation and the great attraction of this equipment is the possibility of exchanging the waves according to the steps. We have interchangeable waves A, B, C and E for medium paper, for the CMT and CCT test. The waves can be exchanged easily. This new equipment has been developed according to the studies carried out to modify the ISO standard. This is being done, since at industrial level the A wave is almost gone except for some triple cartons, although the waves most used today are B and C. This way we have more real values and more suitable with those used today. The standard supply includes ·A· wave pulleys. The equipment can be ordered with interchangeable toothed pulleys (available: additional ·B· and ·C· waves.) Changing toothed pulleys is made easily in approximately 2 minutes.
