Total traceability of the laboratory results and information.
Having the possibility of connecting the laboratory equipment to software will guarantee total traceability of the laboratory results and information. For this purpose, we have different software applications depending on the level of automation and computerisation we have or want in the laboratory.
CAPTURE DataLogger is a program for capturing and storing the results obtained in Physical Tests (Dimensional Tests, Surface Tests, etc.) carried out with quality control equipment (Universal Machines, Compressometers, Burst Testers, Tear Testers, Balances, Micrometers, Pendulums, etc.), ensuring their traceability.
It is designed to simultaneously and automatically capture the results from several devices connected to a single PC as tests are conducted.
It allows remote interaction with supported devices to configure test parameters and conduct tests from the computer. The program is useful for manipulating the captured data, facilitating its reading, and improving its organization.
It also allows for subsequent analysis with other tools, generating customized reports with the data selected by the user. It automatically performs all the calculations that must appear in the reports.

As its name indicates, this is software that collects data from different pieces of equipment simultaneously. It works with Registra, which is the software that connects it to the equipment, and Collectlab collects all the information from all the equipment that we have connected. You can work in single-station or multi-station mode, with serial or sequential tests.
The information collected from all the pieces of equipment, or from manual input (in table form) from equipment that does not have a PC connection, is combined in a single report, offering us the possibility to have all the tests on a single sheet, so that we can then generate a PDF and send it to the customer with the product manufactured for them.
Novilog and Collectlab will allow us to generate complete statistics and records of our tests in the laboratory. All the data is stored in a database that can be exported, depending on each customer, to the integral management system of the company.
These programs enable us to have data viewing licences provided that the laboratory computer is connected to the network. In this way, any authorised person can access the data and see what is being done in the laboratory. Likewise, different laboratories in different plants can be connected via the Internet.
