For the production of standardized paper sheets in the laboratory (ø 200 mm).

Paper sheets are used to know the physical and optical properties of the pulp in which we are working on. Equipment with 200 mm diameter forming column and dryers. Quick equipment with no intervention of the operator needed in the sheet production. There are two types: manual and automatic. Possibility to choose white water recirculation system to produce sheets with water already used in other sheet formations.

Four models available: with 1, 2, 3 or 4 dryers (RK-1A / 2A / 3A / 4A) (070881 / 070882 / 070883 / 070884).
Optional White Water Recirculation System (KWT) for the collection and reuse of forming water. An ideal system for the analysis of chemicals, dyes, etc., during sheets formation. Specific faucet for collecting forming water samples (RK-1A.KWT / 2A.KWT / 3A.KWT / 4A.KWT) (070885 / 070886 / 070887 / 070888).
Automatic Process Controlled by Siemens PLC.
Pre-recorded forming program compliant with the standard.
The equipment can also be operated manually.
Full-color touchscreen, through which all the equipment functions can be managed.
Forming column, with volume graduation, and spring system to facilitate opening and closing and collection of excess water.
Strong and robust construction. Made of stainless steel and polypropylene.
Integrated electrical cabinet with protection system (CE).
Lightweight dryer cover for easy handling, with clamping springs to prevent it from falling and facilitate closing.
Nylon protector for the dryers to prevent direct contact with the heated surface.
Comfortable, accessible, and easy-to-clean work surface with space for accessories and utensils.
Independent filling and vacuum pumps for improved vacuum effi ciency.
The vacuum pump stops operating upon reaching normalized vacuum levels, reducing water and energy consumption and extending the pump’s lifespan.
Silicone blanket, to facilitate the removal of the sheet from the forming disc.
Simple push-button control to start/stop the drying process.
Pressure release from the dryers through an automatic valve opening button.
Drying temperature of 93 ± 1ºC with water recirculation (according to standard).
Analog/digital countdown timer with audible alert.
Optional: Oil dryers for temperatures of 150ºC.
Optional: Level sensor in the formation column, for special uses of different water volumes and to prevent overflows.
Optional: Change device for the forming mesh, to facilitate changing and properly tensioning the mesh.
