Traditional Dutch pile type laboratory refiner. Used to refine a significant amount of paste/pulp 360 grams. Slow system of refining, but at the same time allows us to have a large amount of paste to make measurements of refining degrees and laboratory sheets. This way, different refining curves can be traced through classify paste.

Refining tank and structure made entirely of stainless steel.
Good reproducibility of refining pressure, adjustable by weights.
Tub volume 35 liters. Refiner roller speed: 500 r.p.m.
It allows to calculate the power used to obtain the desired refining degree.
Maximum sample capacity 360 g.
Testing colouring and sizing tests.
Control panel with: 1. Digital ammeter, to follow during refining the variations of electrical consumption produced by the different pastes, different concentrations and/or pressures on the refining core. 2. Timer/warmer: automatically disconnects and warns when the test ends.
Safety cover according to CE standards.
