MANUAL CUTTER FOR ECT (NECK DOWN) - IDM

Manual cutter for the ECT Neck Down test according to Tappi T838. The sample to be cut must be previously cut with a Billerud cutter generating a 2x2 "sample. The Neck Down cutter makes two cuts simultaneously on both sides of the sample in the form of half circle with radius 12.5 mm.
