MANUAL ECT NECK-DOWN CUTTER (NECK-ECT) - IDM

Manual cutter for precise cuts in the ECT Neck Down test according to Tappi T838.

The sample to be cut must be previously cut with a Billerud cutter generating a 2x2"sample. The Neck Down cutter makes two cuts simultaneously on both sides of the sample in the form of half circle with radius 12.5 mm.
