Preparation of manual samples for the Internal Bond test. Created from automatic equipment. Manual process of sample and cutting preparation. Once the test strip is cut, the device is wrapped and the sample and the tape are placed again. Then it is closed and the pressure and time are regulated automatically. The cut must be done with a cutter or manual blade. This equipment also allows to prepare the samples for any old equipment, whatever the brand it may be.

Independent semi-automatic sample preparation equipment.

Simultaneous semi-automatic preparation of 5 samples (sample area: 25.4 mm x 25.4 mm (1.0” x 1.0”)).
Control panel with 7’’ color touchscreen and auxiliary button.
Manual cutting with a blade or cutter.
Application of bonding pressure through independent pneumatic actuators.
Digitally adjustable pressure and time:
- Pressure: from 45 PSI to 220 PSI (310 kPa to 1500 kPa) in increments of 0.1 PSI
(1 kPa). Bonding pressure error: < +/-2 PSI (+/- 13 kPa).
- Bonding pressure time: programmable from 1s to 60s in 1s increments.
Simple dispenser with a roll holder and protective paper take-up roller. This system allows for quick application of tape on both sides of the sample.
Angle support frame with instant anchoring.
