Machine for performing compression tests on boxes and packaging in general, with fixed and oscillating plates to comply with all compression standards, including ISO, FECCO, and Tappi.

Special equipment designed to measure the packaging with the product inside. Optional programme for PC to make compression, stacking and cyclic tests.

High rigidity steel frame.
7” color touchscreen with preprogrammed tests according to standards (ISO, FEFCO, TAPPI, etc.).
Data capture using CAPTURE Software (Optional) and Stacking and Cycle Tests using the Module with programmable stages (Optional).
Moving plate guided by 4 cylindrical guide columns and low friction linear bearings.
2 spindles with ball recirculation and a low friction coefficient.
Force capture system equipped with 3 load cells placed under the lower plate.
Driven by D.C. Servo-motor and reductor to achieve stable speeds in the FS.

Possibility of fixed upper plate or fixed and oscillating upper plate.
Optical deformation encoder.
Force readings with a resolution of 0.004 % of the FS, and extension readings with a resolution of 0.01 mm.
