To perform cuts using standardized dies on non-rigid plastic materials, synthetic leathers, elastomers, paper, and cardboard.

To obtain standardized specimens (in non-rigid plastic materials, synthetic leather, elastomers, paper, and cardboard, thus obtaining test specimens for tensile testing), the die cutter shall be equipped with appropriate cutting die(s) corresponding in shape, dimensions and tolerances to request as indicated in reference Standards.

FEATURES:

Pneumatic Model (Code: 100907):
- Dimensions of the sample holder plate (WxD): 320 x 200 mm.
- Force on the die head axis: 55 kN (with 6 bar air pressure).
- Max stroke of the die head: 30 mm.
- Max cutting thickness: approx. 16 mm.
- Max useful clearance between die head and sample plate: 70 mm.
- Grounded worktop screwed in the mainframe, interchangeable with worktops having different sizes.
- Adjustable die head support, suitable for 25 mm dia. connections; smaller connections may be inserted with spacers, available on request.
- 2-push-button control positioned under the worktop, easy to reach and dust-free design.
- Safety: cutting operations are possible only by simultaneously pressing the two side push-buttons.
- Plastic cover for worktop included.

Manual Model (Code: 100908):
- Dimensions of the worktop (W x D): 200 x 200 mm.
- Cast iron structure, with holed base to fix to the bench.
- Suitable long lever to produce cutting force of approx. 5 kN.
- Stroke: 25 mm; extra 25 mm by micrometric adjustment.
- Worktop with holes for supports fixing, if any.
- Plastic cover for worktop included.
