A clean, undeformed section is obtained through rapid cutting with heated wires. The cutting process is easy to perform and ideal for accurate, repeatable analysis. With the HWBC-2, a continuous and automatic cutting process is performed at the touch of a button.

With the HWBC-2, a PET bottle can be cut into up to 5 predetermined sections under constant force, resulting in an excellent cross-sectional plane. Each section can be checked to ensure it conforms to the exact assigned weight.
