Recently, we had a visit from the Why Not Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with mental health issues and their families. During the visit, we were presented with a video about the history and objectives of the foundation itself. We had a radio talk, and afterward, we showed them our facilities, culminating with a pleasant snack.
The Foundation carries out various leisure and free time activities (sports activities, sociocultural events, social awareness initiatives, artistic-creative therapies, practical classes...) in San Sebastián, providing a space to openly discuss mental health and helping participants find motivation and regain lost enthusiasm.
We invite everyone to join this cause of the WhyNot Foundation (www.fundacionwhynot.org). Their work in our community is invaluable and every small gesture of support counts.
