Dynamic penetration testings: laboratory equipment for paper sector

Quality control equipment to perform dynamic penetration tests on different types of paper.

To measure the paper resistance to liquids’ absortion and penetration, in laboratories we carry the dynamic penetration tests.

With this tests, we can know the behavior of the paper when meets with a liquid, and thus, measure liquids’ penetration capacity on it. Depending on the type of liquid to be tested, we have laboratory machines adapted to the test to be performed:

Aplication: know the behavior of the paper in contact with a liquid from 8 milliseconds after the contact.

Dynamic penetration testing in: liquids like water, oil or inks. 

Measurement principle: ultrasounds.

DYNAMIC PENEETRATION MODULE FOR BUILT-IN COATING SOLUTIONS:

Aplication: measure the dynamic absorption of coating solution directly on the substrate on which is going to be applied. 

Dynamic penetration testing in: coating solutions. 

Measure from: 39 milliseconds of contact.
