Determining the specific volume and absorption capacity of Fluff Paste with IDM Test Equipment

We introduce you the new generation of the equipment that tests the well-known SCAN C-33 Standard. This device has two devices: the sample preparation station and the equipment that tests the samples.

In the first one, which we also call "suction cone", the paste samples are manually introduced and stored in a test tube. When the 3 grams of paste are inside the test tube, we proceed to its extraction to continue in the equipment where we will carry out the test.

The operation of the equipment is extremely simple and complete and is carried out in 4 different phases as we can see in the video. 

The test results are presented in a practical table showing different parameters: specific volume, absorption time and absorption capacity.
