ROLL EDGES BREAKING DETECTOR DAR 4

DAR 4 On line equipment, to detect breaks in both roll edges allows to avoid breaking in roll manipulation, as coating, calendaring, or cutting. The DAR 4 is adjustable to any kind of machine and speed.
 
 

 

BREAKING WEB SUPERVISOR

 

 The Breaking Web Supervisor is a system that allows to easily find out where the paper breakings are produced in machine in order to avoid them. The configuration is modular with up to 15 cameras. This system allows a constant view of the paper sheet, of the breaks and their analysis by means of video sequences and image storing
 

 

FIBRES ANALYSIS

 

 The fibres analysis equipment On-Line allows a high resolution analysis of the pulp, studying from 1 to 5 different points in the machine. This analysis includes the length and wide of the fibre, curl, kink shives and fines, etc. The system does not include capillary testers therefore the obstructions is almost impossible. It allows to analyze thousands of fibre very quickly and with high precision.

DCS DEPOSIT CONTROL SYSTEM

Deposit Control System on paper water pipes, nuclear station, and all kind of water circuits, etc. This equipment is installed in parallel on a circuit and allows to measure in real time the bio-films thickness, as well as its growing. This measurement can be done in all the water conductions of the machine (white waters, clear waters...etc)
 
 

 

FORMATION ANALYSIS

 

 The formation analysis equipment 2D gives a constant measure of the floccules formation in the paper sheet, at speeds up to 6.500 ft/min. This equipment works with a high variety of papers. It shows index formation values, mean size of the floccules, anisotropy, water marks and much more. It can analyze more that 1000 square feet an hour.
